Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and passionate CrossFit Coach to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will have some background in fitness, with expertise in CrossFit methodologies (weightlifting and gymnastics) and a commitment to helping members achieve their health and fitness goals. The primary responsibility as a CrossFit Coach is to lead group classes.
Duties
- Lead engaging and effective CrossFit classes that promote strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
- Provide instruction on proper techniques for various exercises, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
- Monitor participants during workouts to provide feedback and encouragement.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages community engagement among members.
- Some logistics responsibilities and class managment
Qualifications
- comfort in teaching group fitness classes, particularly in CrossFit or similar high-intensity training.
- knowledge or willingness to learn physiology, anatomy, body mechanics.
- CF L1 desired but not required, we will train you!
- Good communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
- A passion for health and wellness with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 6 per week
