As a Coach, you will lead engaging group classes, provide training and coaching during sessions. Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging CrossFit classes that foster a supportive community atmosphere.
- Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to optimize results.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages participation and motivation among members
- Assist with gym operations including maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workout space.
Experience:
- Proven experience in coaching or teaching group fitness classes, particularly in CrossFit or similar disciplines
- CrossFit Level 1 highly desired , but not required
- Background in personal training or sports coaching is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with various fitness modalities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate individuals of all fitness levels.
- Experience in fitness sales or health club operations is beneficial but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
