Jumpp To It, Homewatch is hiring a Curb Appeal Specialist to help keep residential and community properties looking clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. This is a full-time position focused on exterior cleaning and upkeep.
Responsibilities:
- Remove cobwebs from building exteriors
- Wipe down handrails
- Clean elevators
- Blow off walkways and sidewalks
- Occasionally clean pool houses
- Perform light power washing
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting at $16/hour
- 3 paid sick days after 90-day probation
- 1 week paid vacation after 6 months
- Consistent full-time hours
