We are currently hiring for the position of Custodian in Plano, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated facilities team in a clean, professional, and supportive environment. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the facility, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for employees, guests, and visitors.

Salary: $16.00/hr - Paid Weekly
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, common areas, break-rooms, and other assigned spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces.
- Remove trash, recycling, and other waste from designated areas.
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, floor scrubbers, and vacuums.
- Report maintenance or safety issues to management in a timely manner.
- Follow proper procedures for the use and storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ensure all areas are kept secure and locked as required during and after shifts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Must be able to follow safety guidelines and instructions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, if needed.
