Custodian – Thousand Oaks, California
We are currently hiring one custodian to work in an office building located in Thousand Oaks, California.
Position Overview:
The custodian is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the facility. This includes completing daily cleaning tasks assigned by the supervisor, both independently and as part of a team.
Strong and consistent communication with the supervisor is essential to ensure all duties are completed efficiently and up to standard. Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude are key to success in this role.
Schedule & Pay:
Monday to Friday
1 hour per day
$20.00/hour
Essential Tasks Include:
Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas
Follow daily task lists from supervisor
Cross-train in different areas as needed
Provide excellent customer service
Report broken equipment or non-functioning refill stations
Cleaning Duties May Include:
Sweeping and mopping floors
Dusting surfaces
Taking out trash
Vacuuming
Disinfecting high-touch points and surfaces
Cleaning glass doors and windows
Keeping custodial closet clean and organized
