This is a hybrid role blending both customer service and sales, ideal for someone who loves solving problems, building relationships, and making an impact in their community.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist with policy updates, billing questions, and account maintenance
  • Support client retention through regular follow-ups and proactive communication
  • Identify customer needs and present insurance solutions where appropriate
  • Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Keep detailed records and ensure accuracy in customer files and documentation
What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in high-pressure situations
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
  • Sales-minded attitude with a desire to grow professionally
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
  • Willingness to obtain an insurance license (we’ll support you!)
