Overview
We are urgently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our service department, providing exceptional client services and support. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Duties include but not limited to:
- Collect data from various sources and enter it accurately into computerized systems
- Transcribe information into electronic format
- Process work orders and shipments
- Maintain data integrity by ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Document and update customers records based on interactions
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed (scanning documents, etc.)
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Order supplies for the office
- Look for inventory of physical parts when needed
- Handle open order reports for customers
- Create inspection sheets for line items on work orders
- Assist with packaging and shipping small/medium size parts
Experience Preferred:
- Proven experience in data entry or related clerical role
- Proficiency in using office systems and software for data entry tasks
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
