What You'll Be Doing:
Serve as a trusted resource for existing and prospective clients
- Answer policy-related inquiries and provide accurate, timely support
- Assist with policy changes, billing questions, and claims follow-ups
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the team to meet agency goals and drive growth
Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident demeanor
- A sales-minded attitude and desire to exceed goals
- Detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty & Life & Health licenses (we’ll help you get there!)
