Sales Associate
As a Sales Associate, you will act as a brand ambassador to deliver exceptional service and experiences to customers. You will utilize your knowledge of our products and passion for fashion to create personalized connections, drive sales, and support the store team.
Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers, providing styling advice and product knowledge.
Make a great first impression and be willing to connect with customers authentically.
Initiate interactions and share recommendations to help customers create their own unique looks.
Aid customers in custom styling clothing, and making personalized product recommendations.
Support team in achieving sales goals. Participate in training on products, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Assist with daily store tasks and operations including inventory processing, merchandising, omni-channel order fulfillment, stockroom management and maintaining visual presentation standards.
Collaborate positively with peers and leadership, being flexible, respectful, and jumping in to help where needed.
Utilize a heat press to create custom garments.
Adhere to all policies, procedures, inventory controls, and loss prevention protocols.
Love the brand and always be a team player.
Requirements:
Passion for fashion and strong knowledge of our products and brand aesthetic.
Customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
Teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 40lbs, move throughout the store, and be on your feet for extended periods.
