Duties

- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer queries and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for tracking and managing customer interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Experience with outbound calling is beneficial for this role.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
