Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Hey there! We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and outgoing person to join our State Farm team! If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being part of a supportive crew, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What you'll be doing:

• Talking with customers (in person, on the phone or by email) to help them with insurance questions and needs.
• Quoting and setting up policies for auto, home, life and much more ...
• Reaching out to potential customers and following up with leads.
• Keeping things organized and making sure every detail is handled.
• Working toward personal and team goals (with plenty of support!).

What we're looking for:

• Great communicator with a positive attitude
• Goal-driven and self-motivated
• Detail-oriented (you notice the small stuff!)
Must be willing to get licensed within 2 months of hire (don't worry
