Property Soar is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our growing team in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all touchpoints. You will be the first line of communication between our clients and the services we provide.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Provide detailed information about our services and property offerings
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive client relationship
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems
Work closely with property managers and internal departments to ensure timely responses
Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions or alternatives
Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are resolved and satisfaction is met
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate or property management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Professional demeanor with a client-first attitude
