Welcome to Elements Massage Kildaire Farm Road in Cary, NC. We're looking for a Customer Representative to work our day shift, Monday - Thursday. This role will also have the ability to help with events and perform other business development activities. This is a great position for someone that wants to grow with a studio. We are looking to start this person mid-to-late July.

This role will require the following:
- Membership sales
- Collaboration with team members
- Problem solving and thinking on the fly
- Dealing with difficults situations and customers
- Working with our Mindbody platform and other applications
Qualifications:
- Customer service focus (previous experience is a plus)
- Positive attitude
- Ability to speak with clients
- Having previously sold memberships is a plus.
