Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Outbound/Inbound/chat support: Scheduling annual maintenances, setting service appointments and following up on a variety of issues for the Service Technicians.
- Consistently calls on outbound leads to convert to appointments.
- Assists in ensuring the service technician schedules are filled and supporting service technicians in the field.
- Keeps customer records and files current and updated, as well as sends customers information about the company and/or services performed.
- Ensures timely communication, and does what is necessary to resolve the issue.
- Meets or exceeds service administrative goals.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred and 1+ years of experience in customer service OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
- Bilingual Preferred
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Skill in operating a personal computer and programs.
- Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials and on computer screen 75-100% of time.
- Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
- Ability to perform accurate data entry.
