Wholesale Fashion Jewelry and accessories company is seeking a Customer Service representative. The ideal candidate must be people-friendly, high-energy, very outgoing, and able to interact with customers in person and over the phone.
Requirements:
- Outgoing / friendly
- Computer savvy, fast-paced
- Google Sheet / Google Docs
- Able to make calls to buyers & follow up on projects - must not be not shy
- Able to follow instructions
- Detail-oriented and able to complete tasks with little or no supervision.
- Experience in customer service or retail / wholesale sales is a big plus.
- Knowledge of Fashion design, Jewelry and pop culture is very helpful, Up-to-date on current fashion trends is preferred, but not required.
- Able to travel for trade events (paid travel)
Duties:
- Answering incoming calls
- Contact buyers via phone or email
- Assist customers with inquiries
- Completing orders/jobs
- Follow up on customer leads through calls / emails
- Travel for trade events (paid travel)
Office hours are Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:30pm.
Location: S El Monte, CA

Pay: $16.50 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
