Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain client relationships while contributing to the overall success of our organization. This is a part time/full time position, on call with 24 hours notice.
Duties
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and provide solutions.
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional interactions during outbound calling and customer support.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Deliver outstanding client services by understanding customer requirements and delivering tailored support.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist in training new staff members on best practices in customer service.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in office software applications to manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Experience in outbound calling and providing excellent customer support.
- Ability to analyze information quickly and make informed decisions based on customer needs.
