As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM software
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques is beneficial
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment such as a call center
