Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
- Use excellent phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues or escalate appropriately.
Schedule Requirements
Once fully trained, this position requires:
- One or two evening shifts per week on a rotating basis (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
- One Saturday shift per month (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills and comfort navigating multiple computer systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior sales or upselling experience is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus but not required.
