What You’ll Do
You’ll be the friendly, professional face of our shop—helping customers, coordinating service, and supporting our parts operations to keep everything running smoothly.
Customer Service Duties:
- Welcome customers and address inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide accurate information on services, pricing, policies, and procedures.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and in person, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and phone logs.
- Support service advisors by assisting with scheduling, follow-ups, and customer updates.
- Collaborate with managers to resolve complex issues and share customer feedback.
Parts & Logistics Support:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts deliveries for accuracy and quality.
- Organize, label, and store parts in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Process and coordinate returns, ensuring timely communication with vendors.
- Assist in placing orders for parts or accessories.
- Pick up and deliver parts between shop locations or to/from vendors as needed.
- Provide backup support for service advisors during busy times.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Drive courtesy shuttle and run company errands when required.
- Generate reports on sales metrics, customer feedback, and service trends.
- Complete 40 hours of professional development annually.
- Complete one hour of ATI training weekly until program completion.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Administration.
What We’re Looking For
- One (1) year of customer service experience in the automotive field is preferred.
- Familiarity with automotive parts and vendor return processes preferred.
- A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are required.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members..
- Prior office experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work under pressure and strict deadlines.
- Self-motivated and trustworthy; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to safely lift and carry automotive parts as needed.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery. Occasionally ascends/descends stairs. Will frequently communicate both verbally and electronically. Occasionally will move/lift items up to 40 lbs. Repetitive movements such as bending, reaching, stretching, kneeling, and stooping. Primarily will work indoors but may be exposed to outside weather conditions and shop noise.
