TOWER HILLSTORAGE is Hiring a Part-time Customer Service Rep. 16 hours/week. This position's duties include providing excellent customer service, guide new customers through the rental process of storage units and leases, processing secure payments, answering the phone professionally and facilitating resolutions to customer needs, calling delinquent customers, assist with light property maintenance which may include cleaning out units, pickup up trash, cleaning hallways, office and bathrooms. $15.50 rate to start
Qualifications of the candidate include but are not limited to:
*Flexible Availability
* Working weekends is required.
*Multi-tasking and managing your day-to-day responsibilities independently or with little supervision.
* Exceptional Phone Skills including collection calls.
*Basic Computer skills
* The handling of cash.
* Accurate filing and record keeping are very important.
*Team Player Attitude
The hours for this position are , 8:45am-5:30pm on Fridays, and 8:45am -4:00pm on Saturdays. BUT NEVER working after 5:30 pm during the week or Saturday's after 4:00 and NO SUNDAYS.
There will be some addition time needed when we schedule our vacation time so that involves the week of Thanksgiving, One week at Christmas, and then another week, usually around Spring Break-ish. After Training, you would be the only employee working.
