Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Promote products and services by interacting directly with customers and build value based on customers wants and needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, actively identifying any issues or concerns and providing solutions in a professional manner.
- Stay up to date on product details, services, and promotions to effectively communicate value and benefits to customers.
- Partner with the sales and marketing teams, along with other Customer Service Representatives, to elevate customer service capabilities and contribute to marketing and sales campaigns focused on driving enhanced sales performance.
- Record sales transactions to track sales performance and customer satisfaction to enhance customer loyalty.
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- A high School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related sales and marketing fields is preferred.
- Superior time management and problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to uphold professionalism in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
