We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service - Sales Rep to join our team. Someone who enjoys helping people. Fun loving with great personality, you are the face of our company. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Customer Service Technician, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. Some Saturdays are required 10-3
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or issues.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette while interacting with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or client services roles.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for record keeping.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Experience in outbound calling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Pay is base on an hourly rate with an opportunity to receive commission and a bonus monthly.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:
- Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
- Apple Software Tech Knowledge: 2 years (Preferred)
