The Inside Sales and Customer Support Specialist is responsible to sell company products to independent restaurants, institutions, hospitals, country clubs, casinos, hotels, caterers, schools and other strategic target accounts and service customers as assigned by Sales Director and/or President. Responsible to achieve year-over-year sales growth within gross margin target in an inside sales role. Work location will be in-office, on-site at Ole Tyme Produce.
This position requires a detail-oriented person that serves customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems and opportunities, assisting customers with online, app, web, and email orders, and taking and entering live verbal, voicemail, and emailed customer orders; capable of promoting company products and offerings.
This position reports to the Sales Development Director and Customer Service Manager.
