Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer support. This role involves engaging with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience through effective problem-solving and support. The Customer Service Specialist responds to all customer inquiries and reporting requirements, completing daily order management addressing shipping & logistics concerns, coordinating quoting & pricing, ensuring ERP system compliance, addressing customer concerns & problem solving.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to products and services, ensuring accurate information is provided.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while managing high call volumes in a call center environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve client services and streamline processes.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer applications for effective communication and documentation.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Proficient typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
