About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our growing Customer Support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with timely, accurate, and thoughtful assistance to resolve inquiries and ensure an excellent customer experience. This is a full-time, hourly position for individuals fluent in English, who are searching for an opportunity to help customers while representing the values and mission of our organization.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying the problem, troubleshooting, and providing practical solutions.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our internal system accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex customer issues.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements to processes and policies.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously with a calm and patient demeanor.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Ability to navigate and use customer management or helpdesk platforms efficiently.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathetic and customer-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to resolving customer concerns.
- Willingness to receive constructive feedback and strive for continuous improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required).
- Availability to work a set schedule, which may include weekends and holidays, depending on business needs.
The pay range for this role is:
20 - 24 USD per hour(Remote (United States))
