- Build and run a hip hop program at B.U Dance Studios
- Create competitive dances for our competition groups
- Create competitive dances for solos, duos, or trios.
- Manage and run classrooms from ages 4 - 18
- Manage and run classes for adults
- Able to create routines in a short period of time when necessary
- Able to run a classroom with no assistance
- Able to promote choreography and classes on Social Media platforms
- Willing to submit choreography as part of the interview process
