Overview
We are looking for a remote, full-time Data Analyst. Someone to serve as an expert in ACA’s association management software, Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Protech, including administration and configurations.
What would you do?
- Create workflows, queries, and reports for staff in all departments.
- Gain knowledge and understanding of ACA programs, including, but not limited to, Accreditation and Professional.
- Development to build custom applications for online member experiences and efficient processing by staff.
- Lead efforts to verify data accuracy by utilizing technology to detect and correct data integrity issues and generate periodic reports to confirm data quality.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for staff regarding D365 and related tools
- Train staff on how to use web-based applications.
- Serve as the technical lead in ACA’s grant management software.
- Develop standard operating procedures and protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the website and web platform to ensure public/member access to appropriate areas.
- Be an innovative, thoughtful, communicative, and productive ACA, Inc. team member.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field is preferred, or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
- A solid understanding of relational databases and experience writing queries, manipulating data, and creating business solutions.
- Experience with creating and modifying Power BI visualizations, highly desired.
- Experience building reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) in Visual Studio, highly desired.
- Technical writing skills including creating documentation and flow charts, highly desired.
- Microsoft Dataverse, SQL, and/or FetchXML experience, highly desired.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Workflows and Power Automate experience, highly desired.
- Association Management Software administration experience for nonprofits. Protech experience is especially desired.
- Written and oral communication skills, highly desired.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
