• Experience with educational data, particularly in business education.

• Knowledge of career services metrics and best practices.

• Experience with data mining and predictive analytics

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with student information systems (e.g., Banner, PeopleSoft) is beneficial.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.

• Familiarity with data visualization techniques and best practices.
