We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Clerk to join our team. The Data Clerk will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data records, ensuring data integrity, and supporting various data-related tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
Input, update, and maintain data in the company’s database and other data management systems.- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries and make corrections as necessary.
- Assist in the collection, processing, and analysis of data for various projects and reports.
- Generate and prepare reports as required by management or other departments.
- Collaborate with team members to identify data discrepancies and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data management policies and procedures.
- Respond to data-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.- Proven experience as a Data Clerk or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in data entry and data management software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, database management systems).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with basic data analysis and reporting is a plus.
The pay range for this role is:
75,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Remote (Orem, Utah, US))
