BLUEHAWK is seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist/Exploitation Specialist to support mission-critical analytic teams with technical and data science expertise. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python, familiarity with JEMA, and a background supporting geospatial and multi-INT analytic efforts. This position requires a cleared professional who is comfortable working in a dynamic, on-site environment with limited telework.
- Provide hands-on data science and automation support to analytic teams embedded within the Intelligence Community (IC)
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based scripts, tools, and workflows in support of analytic operations
- Collaborate with analysts to automate manual processes, improve data pipelines, and integrate structured and unstructured data sources
- Support geospatial data exploitation using tools like Brewlytics or ArcPro, where applicable
- Adapt quickly to changing mission requirements and emerging technologies
- Work closely with a distributed team of analysts, data scientists, and developers, primarily based out of NGA Washington
- Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a CI polygraph
- Ability to work on-site 40 hours per week
- Proficiency in Python for data science and automation tasks
- Experience with JEMA (Joint Enterprise Modeling and Analytics)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across multiple intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, OSINT, ELINT, GEOINT, MASINT, HUMINT
- Familiarity with Brewlytics, ArcPro, or other geospatial analysis tools
- Knowledge of GEOINT collection and associated NGA/NRO systems
- Proficiency in additional programming languages: R, SQL, HTML, JavaScript
- Background in analyzing geospatially enabled data
- Strong ability to learn new tools/technologies and adapt to dynamic mission needs
- Experience working with remote teams, particularly those based at NGA Washington
- Prior experience providing embedded data science or automation support to IC analytic teams
