Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Intelligence Specialist for Family of Integrated Targeting Exploitation (FITE) to join our team at the Naval Information Warfare Center - Atlantic (NIWC-A) in Charleston, SC.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the collecting, processing, analysis, and evaluation of information at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
- Support one or more intelligence areas pertaining to, but not limited to, counterterrorism, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and fluency in/active usage of languages used in the analytic intelligence and counterintelligence process, and all phases of the intelligence cycle, such as production and dissemination.
- Conduct formal training sessions, over-the-shoulder instruction, and ad hoc skills development in classroom, garrison, and field environments.
- Provide Systems Approach to Training (SAT) to ensure comprehensive understanding of Minotaur systems.
- Establish, maintain, and troubleshoot serial and IP-based communications systems and networks.
- Provide network and system administration for Minotaur systems, including virtual infrastructure administration (VMware components such as vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).
- Support system implementation by conducting meetings with unit leadership to understand priorities and provide recommendations for system architecture and topology.
- Troubleshoot simple to complex problem sets using technical documentation and established procedures.
- Maintain strict configuration control of current architectures and document changes within a ticketing system.
- Perform preventative maintenance, patches, updates, backups, and recovery for servers and clients.
- Analyze tasks and processes to identify system readiness impacts of emerging or recurring issues.
- Assess the usefulness of pre-developed application packages and adapt them to user environments.
- Demonstrate familiarity with targeting processes, including over-the-horizon targeting (OTH-T).
- Provide training and technical support to ensure users understand and effectively employ targeting systems and methodologies.
- Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
- Provide supporting documentation for billing and performance metrics.
EXPERIENCE:
- Ten (10) years of hands-on experience with DoD Communications/Intelligence systems, including system administration using various operating systems and platforms.
- Experience in at least three (3) of the following areas: System Requirements, Operational Requirements, Data Analysis, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
- Recognized expertise in C4ISR Systems Administration, Network Administration, or Hardware Maintenance.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and configuring virtual infrastructure, VLANs, protocols, and server/client relationships.
- Familiarity with targeting processes, including over-the-horizon targeting (OTH-T), and the ability to train users on its application in operational environments.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF) certified for Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT-II). This requires one of the following certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security + CE, CND and SSCP. Must have one of these certifications at time of hire and it must remain active.
