Promise Farm is looking for an enthusiastic and happy person to be the day of coordinator for weddings at their beautiful barn in Manheim PA. one weekend per month.
Job Responsibilities include:
· Working with the couple to create the timeline for their wedding day, obtaining the vendor list, explaining the policies and procedures
· Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal on Thursdays from 4pm – 6:30pm
· Meeting the DJ on wedding day to direct where the equipment is set up, timing of the event, and handle the sound test
· Be available during reception time for any assistance and questions that may arise
Provide feedback on the event so the recommended vendor list can be updated and current.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
