What You'll Do (Day to Day Job Duties)
- Accurately assemble multi-component parts to specification with no failures.
- Participate in all assembly stages—from scheduling to final inspection.
- Maintain focus on quality while meeting deadlines.
- Must have excellent eyesight and hand/eye coordination.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation including tools, benches, and floors.
- Follow shift changeover procedures for cleanliness and setup.
Your Impact (CORE Responsibilities)
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Support job completion by adapting to evolving priorities and requirements.
- Work with QA to meet quality standards and communicate them to the team.
- Adhere to job-specific requirements, including clean room protocols.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or production environment
Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications)
- Technical training or certification in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in a precision manufacturing or machine shop setting (preferred)
- Familiarity with clean room assembly and packaging procedures (preferred)
