Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in dental office management, and hands-on experience with EagleSoft dental software. This role is essential in ensuring our office operates smoothly, efficiently, and profitably, while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the front office, including scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and patient communications.
- Manage, train, and support front desk and administrative team members.
- Monitor practice performance metrics, production, and collections, making recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA, HIPAA, and company policies.
- Handle patient concerns with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
- Collaborate with doctors and clinical team to optimize workflow and patient experience.
- Generate reports and utilize EagleSoft to track key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of dental office management experience (DSO or private practice).
- Proficiency in EagleSoft dental software is required.
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
