Overview Busy, fast-paced Orthodontic office seeking an energetic, dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced dental office environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for patient care. You will play a crucial role in managing patient interactions and ensuring smooth office operations.
Duties
- Greet patients warmly and manage their check-in and check-out processes.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the dental office calendar efficiently.
- Handle patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and billing.
- Process insurance claims and verify patient eligibility for services.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming for patients.
- Must be dependable and have great communication skills.
- Will need to travel to Crown Point and Dyer, Indiana.
Experience
- Previous experience in a dental office or medical office setting is preferred; will train!
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to provide outstanding patient service.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information.
We are looking to hire a person that wants a long-term stable position. Four days of work per week, Tues-Thur, 8:30AM to 5:30PM; Fridays 6:30am to 3pm.
