Pediatric dental office hiring a full time front desk receptionist. At least 1 year of experience as a dental receptionist required.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 4 pm
Pay: $19+
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients
- Answer questions and address concerns
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc.
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Confirm appointments via phone or email and send reminders
- Managing patient insurance and billing documentation
Requirements
- 1+ years of dental receptionist experience
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Proficient in English
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience
- High school diploma
