We are looking for a dedicated dental receptionist / scheduling coordinator to join our team. We currently have a full-time position open, and we are looking to hire quickly. Experience working in the dental field or a similar environment is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate dental office schedule
- Greet patients
- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments + confirm them
- Prepare treatment plans
- Scan and file documents + treatment plans
- Walk patients out and collect payment
- Other duties as assigned
Job Duties:
- Greeting visitors
- Scheduling
- Answering and routing phone calls
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent patient service and front desk management skills
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and clerical duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
