Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient care plans and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and familiarity with dental terminology and office management software.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient treatment plans by collaborating with dental professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments while managing the office calendar efficiently.
- Provide administrative support including handling patient records and documentation.
- Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and financial responsibilities.
- Manage insurance verification and l billing processes to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Utilize dental software such as Dentrix for record keeping and appointment management.
- Maintain a welcoming environment for patients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed to enhance office productivity.
Experience
- 5+ years of DENTAL front office experience
- Previous experience in a dental office role as a biller and or treatment coordinator
- Experience in dental billing
- Proficient in using dental software systems, particularly Dentrix
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and care plans to effectively communicate with patients.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
