Location: Bellingham, WA (In-House Denture Clinic)
Compensation: Extremely competitive package – salary or production-based depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time (potential for a 4-day work week)
Overview
We are a well-established denture clinic with an in-house lab, serving our own patients and select referrals. Our focus is on quality care and craftsmanship rather than volume. We are seeking a Licensed Denturist to join our supportive and collaborative team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to patient care, experienced in full-scope denture services, and eager to foster long-term patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and provide appropriate denture treatment plans, ensuring patients fully understand and feel comfortable with their options.
- Deliver all denture services for the clinic’s patients, utilizing our "Method” of care.
- Educate patients on oral health and the importance of proper denture care.
- Collaborate closely with our in-house lab technicians, clinical team, and administrative staff to coordinate treatment plans, follow-up visits, and referrals.
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with HIPAA.
- Ensure consistent patient follow-up and ongoing care.
- Attend continuing education courses and conferences as required.
- Adhere to infection control, OSHA, and all state/federal regulations.
- Participate actively in staff meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Support the practice’s core values and help ensure a consistent, high-quality patient experience.
Qualifications
- Licensed Denturist (Washington or Oregon license accepted)
- Strong clinical denture experience, including diagnostics, treatment planning, and patient care
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across clinical, lab, and administrative teams
