This role is critical in overseeing and managing the organization’s assets supporting audit processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Extremely detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Exercise creative thinking and ideation to advance business performance
- Demonstrated experience with managed IT services contracts
- Experience with Government Contracting and Federal Acquisition Regulations, to include understanding Statements of Work, Engineering Change Proposals, Contract
- Modifications, Request for Equitable Adjustments, contract scope, and negotiations
- Demonstrated ability to run Business Operations for large multi-year programs to include management of financial levers, risk management, and ability to lead sound business decisions
- Financial modeling skills for highly complex solutions to include pricing strategies and options
- Vendor relationship management and procurement oversight
- Works with IT Refresh Management and Logistics to ensure equipment availability aligns with monthly schedules
- Collaboration with all program leadership to ensure successful service delivery of products and services
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of High School and 8 years of Management experience or bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Management experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Tool Suite, especially MS Excel
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to adapt to quickly changing tasks and requirements and the ability to quickly learn new skills while on the job.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
The projected compensation range for this position is $145,400.00-$258,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
