What you’ll do as a Dietary Aide (Homemaker):
- Hours: 4pm - 7pm. Every other weekend, every other holiday rotation required.
- Prepare and serve meals, act as host/hostess to provide the warmth of a family with services of a fine dining environment
- Prepare special food and beverage orders for residents
- Ensure cleanliness of the dining and kitchen area
- Deliver fresh water to residents
What’s required as a Dietary Aide (Homemaker):
- Support the mission, vision and values of Bethany Life.
- Ability to work effectively with all co-workers in a team environment.
- Knowledge of a resident center model of service delivery preferred
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
