We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Digital Phone Support Agent to join our Customer Support team. Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in a customer support or phone-based role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable using digital tools, phone software, and customer management systems.
- Ability to type efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Dedicated workspace at home with a stable internet connection.

The pay range for this role is:
24.09 - 35.07 USD per hour(Remote (Honolulu, Hawaii, US))
