About The Role
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Digital Phone Support Agent to join our Customer Support team. As part of this role, you will provide exceptional support to our customers over the phone while working from the comfort of your home. - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in a customer support or phone-based role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable using digital tools, phone software, and customer management systems.
- Ability to type efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Dedicated workspace at home with a stable internet connection.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Flexible to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
The pay range for this role is:
24.09 - 35.07 USD per hour(Remote (Honolulu, Hawaii, US))
