locations throughout the Triangle. We specialize in medical dermatology, cosmetics, Mohs
surgery, and hair restoration. Our marketing team plays a critical role in conveying our
practice’s values, promoting our services, filing our provider’s schedules, and maintaining
brand integrity across all media channels.
Position Summary:
The Digital & Print Media Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing digital
marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, patient engagement, and follower growth
across multiple platforms. This role requires expertise in social media management, shortform video content creation, funnel strategies, and performance tracking to drive patient
acquisition—particularly for cosmetic and self-pay services—while maintaining the
professional image of the dermatology practice. This role will also be responsible for the
creation of print media (e.g. brochures, posters, and in-office signage) to engage patients
and promote services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality short-form video and graphic content aligned with brand
- Collaborate with providers and staff to create educational, promotional, and
- Create physical marketing materials (flyers, signage, brochures) as well as email
- Maintain visual consistency across all channels.
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and dermatology industry updates for physical
- Ensure all content complies with HIPAA regulations and practice policies.
- Develop, manage, and execute social media content calendars for platforms such
- Monitor trends, patient interests, and industry developments to keep content
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional
Short-Form Funnel Marketing:
- Develop and implement strategies to capture leads from social media and convert
- Design and test ad creatives, landing pages, and email sequences to optimize
- Track and report funnel performance, identifying opportunities to improve ROI.
- Increase social media followers, engagement rates, and website traffic.
- Monitor analytics dashboards (Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics, etc.) and provide
- Adjust content strategy based on performance metrics and goals.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team, front office, and providers to align digital
- Coordinate with outside vendors (photographers, ad agencies, etc.) as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Proven experience creating short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
- Familiarity with short-form funneling techniques and lead generation strategies.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics,
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut,
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance in marketing is preferred.
Performance Metrics

- Conversion rates from social media leads to patient appointments.
- Content consistency and adherence to posting schedules.
