Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, including scheduling, staffing, equipment maintenance, and quality control.
- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide scientific and technical leadership to laboratory staff and support their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to develop research programs and projects that support the organization's mission and goals.
- Provide technical guidance, consultation and support to researchers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to grant writing and manage laboratory budgets.
- Ensure laboratory compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders and act as a liaison between the laboratory and other departments.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
