Overview
Orange, CA church and school is seeking a mission-minded Director of Marketing and Communications to lead the charge in growing our presence and impact through thoughtful marketing strategies, community engagement, and compelling storytelling.
In this vital role, you’ll develop and implement innovative marketing plans that promote both our church and school as a united ministry. From managing digital communications and enrollment campaigns to creating compelling content and overseeing social media—your work will directly support our mission to connect families to Christ.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging.
- Manage the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including digital media, print advertising, and social media.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance e-commerce initiatives and optimize performance marketing efforts.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline communication processes and improve audience engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform communication strategies.
- Lead advertising campaigns that effectively promote products and services while enhancing brand visibility.
- Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies through analytics and adjust tactics as necessary.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, media representatives, and industry partners.
Skills
- Proficiency in Edlio for web content management.
- Experience with marketing automation tools to enhance communication efficiency.
- Knowledge of advertising techniques across various channels including print and digital media.
- Ability to analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent sales acumen to support promotional efforts effectively.
- Familiarity with Google tools for analytics and performance tracking.
- Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
