Role Summary:
As the Director of Nursing, you’ll oversee all clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Nursing Services Department, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance
- Oversee and develop individualized care plans and clinical assessments
- Manage departmental budgets, including staffing, equipment, and supplies
- Respond effectively to emergencies and unexpected clinical challenges
- Mentor and support staff development and performance
- Collaborate with leadership on continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Oregon
- BSN preferred
- 3+ years of nursing leadership experience (Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of restorative and rehabilitative nursing practices and long-term care regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
