We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Help with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes to maintain a tidy dining area.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines related to food handling and preparation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
- Participate in regular cleaning schedules for kitchen equipment and storage areas.
Skills
- Experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Willingness to help out in various roles within the restaurant as needed, including banquet services or food preparation tasks.
