Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable and accountable DMEPOS Contract, Compliance & Billing Manager to lead our payer and network contracting efforts while overseeing provider credentialing, regulatory compliance, and billing operations. This role requires hands-on expertise in all three areas.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all DMEPOS contract processes with payers and networks, including applications, negotiations, execution, and renewals.
- Maintain a deep understanding of payer policies, reimbursement structures, and regulatory requirements.
- Complete and oversee provider credentialing, ensuring timely submissions, renewals, and accurate recordkeeping.
- Develop, implement, and enforce compliance policies; monitor adherence through audits, training, and internal review.
- Supervise DMEPOS billing operations to ensure claims are submitted accurately and in alignment with contract terms and compliance standards.
- Lead, delegate to, and support credentialing, billing, and compliance staff, ensuring timely and effective workflow across departments.
- Act as the central liaison with payers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth operational execution and regulatory alignment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in DMEPOS contracting, credentialing, compliance, and billing.
- Strong knowledge of payer networks, insurance policies, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Familiarity with billing and credentialing software is preferred.
