We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. No experience? No problem—we provide full training on insulation benefits, PSE rebate programs, and how to identify pest damage as an entry point to start meaningful conversations with homeowners.
What You’ll Do
- Go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods to generate leads for insulation services.
- Use PSE rebate programs as a value-based conversation starter (training provided).
- Identify potential pest damage issues in attics and crawlspaces as a sales angle.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of insulation: lower energy bills, improved comfort, and healthier homes.
- Schedule free home energy assessments and inspections for interested homeowners.
- Track leads and follow-up activity using our CRM (training provided).
- Work closely with our sales and installation team to ensure smooth handoffs.

Who We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to strangers face-to-face.
- Goal-driven with a competitive spirit and a strong work ethic.
- Interested in learning about energy efficiency, home comfort, and pest prevention.
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not required—we provide full training.
- Must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to work on your feet outdoors.
Pay & Benefits
Base Pay: $18–$22/hr + commissions (OTE $60K–$100K+).
